Axolotl Glitter Squishy
An axolotl full of glitter that moves when you squeeze it. The body is translucent maltose gel with loose glitter suspended in it, so every squeeze sends the sparkle drifting and it resettles somewhere new. The limbs and gills stretch and slowly recover.
Glitter That Drifts, Not Glitter That Sits
This is the difference between a glitter-filled toy and a glitter-printed one. The flakes are loose in the gel, so they move — squeeze the belly and you watch sparkle travel down a leg and settle over a few seconds. Nothing flakes off, because it was never on the surface.
Limbs Give You Something to Pull
The gills and legs are the part people fidget with: thin enough to stretch a long way, thick enough to recover fully. It is a more varied toy than a plain ball because different parts of it behave differently.
Colours and Multipacks
Green, orange, pink and blue, plus random 2-packs and a 4-pack that costs less per axolotl. The blue shows the glitter most clearly; the pink is the one that gets bought as a gift.

Care and When to Stop Using It
Do not bite, puncture, twist or overstretch the skin. The gel inside is sealed and non-toxic, but a torn skin cannot be repaired and the toy should be thrown away rather than patched. Keep it away from sharp objects, radiators and direct sunlight, and wipe it with a barely damp cloth rather than soaking it. If the surface ever turns greasy instead of dry, retire it.
Thin limbs are where a gel toy splits first — stretch them gently and never twist.
