Durian & Dragon Fruit Squishies

A durian squishy is the tropical fruit with the spikes, rendered in soft TPR so every point bends under your fingers; a dragon fruit squishy is the pink, scaled one with the white-and-black speckled cut face. Both are realistic enough to pass as fruit-bowl decor and both give a fuller, more textured squeeze than a smooth ball because of the surface detail.

Texture You Can Feel

Smooth squishies compress; spiky and scaled ones give your fingers something to press between. The durian's spikes fold and spring; the dragon fruit's scales overlap and slide. Both come in TPR (fast return, dense) and slow-rise foam (slower, lighter), and both exist in jumbo sizes that need two hands.

Crunchy durian editions with a bead core also exist, and are noticeably louder because the spikes amplify the rattle.

What to Look for in a Durian & Dragon Fruit Squishy

• Spike softness. Good durians have flexible spikes that do not poke. Stiff spikes are uncomfortable to grip.
• Cut-face detail. Dragon fruits with a painted cut side look far more realistic.
• Size. Regular fits a hand; jumbo is a display piece.

Safety and Care

These are one-piece TPR (thermoplastic rubber) or slow-rise foam squishies with no loose filling. Non-toxic, BPA-free, wipe-clean. Ages 3+ with adult supervision for younger children.
