Glitter Filled Squishies

A glitter squishy here means the clear-skinned kind: a transparent TPR body filled with slow gel and loose glitter, so every squeeze sends sparkle drifting through it. It is a different toy from our glitter dumplings, where the shimmer is fixed inside slow-rise foam. These move. Balls, cubes, fruit shapes and clear dumplings all come glitter-filled.

Sparkle That Drifts

The gel is thick enough that glitter falls slowly, so a squeeze makes it swirl and a few seconds later it has resettled somewhere new. Under a lamp it is the most watchable squishy we sell, which is why it does so well on camera. Under an office light it is still a decent silent fidget.

Holographic and colour-shift glitter reads best; fine single-colour glitter looks like sand.

What to Look for in a Glitter Filled Squishy

  • Glitter type. Holographic flakes catch light from any angle. Fine glitter reads as haze.
  • Gel speed. Slower gel gives a longer drift after each squeeze.
  • Skin clarity. Crystal skins show it best and scratch soonest.

Safety and Care

The filling is a thick petroleum-jelly-style gel sealed inside a TPR skin. It is designed to stay put, not to leak. Ages 3+ with adult supervision; keep it away from sharp edges, and if the skin ever tears, throw it out. We do not stock anything filled with water beads, which were recalled in the US in September 2026.

Wipe with a barely damp cloth, air dry, keep away from heat and direct sunlight, and never stretch past the natural limit. The full routine is in our care guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is inside a glitter squishy?

Loose glitter suspended in a slow-moving, sealed gel inside a clear TPR skin. Squeezing makes the glitter drift and resettle.

Do glitter squishies leak glitter?

Not while the skin is intact. If it splits, the gel and glitter will escape; retire it at the first sign of a tear.

Are glitter squishies the same as glitter dumplings?

No. Glitter dumplings have shimmer fixed inside slow-rise foam. Glitter-filled squishies have loose glitter in gel that moves.
